How We Work

Consultation and Planning

In this meeting we spend time to meet you and learn about your ideas of your wedding, as well as preferences and budget. We talk about the themes, ideas and any particular requirements that you’ll need to fulfill for the wedding day. Based on the information we design a custom schedule that includes the timeframe along with the key milestones and the essential details required to bring your wedding of dreams to reality.

Vendor Management

Our team is responsible for the sourcing of and communicating with reliable suppliers for catering, venues decorations, photography entertainment, and much more. We make sure that the properness of your contracts and negotiate the best deal for you. Through this period we will keep you updated and involved, making sure everything about your wedding is in order and is in line with your expectations.

Execution Day

When you are getting married From setting up the venue, to coordinating between vendors, and coordinating the timeframes. We take care of everything so that you can enjoy the day of your life. Our wedding planners are ready to deal with any last-minute adjustments or unexpected problems, making sure that everything goes smoothly and your wedding day goes as perfect as you had hoped for.
